Limited Use
CariCRIS authorizes you to use a single copy of the Materials solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. At all times in using the Material the user must acknowledge the original authors and source of information as well as not change or modify information in any way.
Delivery of Service
Customers of our Subscription Service will be granted access to our online publications immediately upon confirmation of receipt of payment and approval of their application for subscription.
Applicants for attendance to our Training Workshops will be given notification of confirmation of their registration of attendance immediately upon receipt of their payment.
Cancellation of Subscriptios and Refunds
To cancel your Subscription Service, please send an email to cancellations@caricris.com with the subject line: Cancel My Subscription. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations may take up to 5 working days from receipt of your request to process. Where applicable, a refund of your subscription fee will be pro-rated based on the date your cancellation was submitted. Please allow two weeks for your refunds to be processed.
In the case of Training Workshops, no refund is given should cancellation occur within 3 working days prior to the start of the workshop.
